Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you’ll be responsible for creating sales strategies and achieving budgeting goals, while owning all operational practices.

Requirements:

We look for people managers with exceptional leadership skills and strong business acumen. Successful Market Managers are highly motivated, innovative and can quickly gain the trust and respect of their operations team. They resolve conflict and overcome challenges efficiently, while effectively planning, prioritizing and managing multiple ongoing projects. The best in this role are critical thinkers, creative problem-solvers and strategic decision-makers. Additional requirements include:

•Must be at least 21 years of age
•Must be certified in Sanitation through the state of Illinois, as well as Basset certification
•Must be fluent in English
•Minimum of 5 years of direct restaurant or food service operational experience
•Significant experience in managing others to achieve high-performing results
•Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial statements, operating procedures and company employment and procedural manuals
•Ability to analyze job performance by staff, assess skills and conduct reviews
•Ability to travel to various locations
•Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours a week, weekends ,holidays and evenings
